The Engineering Solution: High-Density Materials and Seamless Molding

The PackTonTon Engineering Team executed a structural and aesthetic overhaul to meet these B2B industrial standards:

  1. Seamless 90-Degree Molding: To achieve the “brugo” minimalist look, we utilized V-Grooving (V-cut) technology on the 1200g double-grey board. This ensures the corners of the Lid and Base box are perfectly sharp and seamless, providing the architectural “heavier” feel expected of premium appliances.
  2. PMS Color Calibration & Anti-Scratch Finish: We calibrated the ink chemistry for the custom PMS Orange to maintain consistency across the 157g C2S wrap and the internal accessories. Both were treated with Soft-touch Matte Lamination, which provides a velvet-like tactile experience while creating a resilient barrier against micro-abrasions.
  3. Multi-Level Storage Engineering: For the internal organization, we designed a 38mm High-Density Black EVA insert. Utilizing Laser Engraving for precision-fit cavities, we laminated the EVA with 300g Black Cardstock. This not only concealed the foam’s cellular structure but also created a high-contrast backdrop that highlights the product’s engineering, despite the significant size differences between the machine and the velvet bags.
